Mindfulness Training for Feelings of Stress, Depression and Anxiety
Mindfulness teaches people to make simple shifts in their awareness of thoughts, feeling and bodily sensations to help manage worries and mood.

Managing Mood
Periods of depression and anxiety can have a negative impact on your studies and
academic performance, and on your relationships and self-esteem. This group will focus on developing effective techniques for managing mood swings and strategies for dealing with possible underlying conditions.
